My Education and Professional Background
I earned my B.S. in Secondary Education Biology in 2000 from University of Nevada, Reno and graduated with a M.S. of Natural Science from University of Arizona in 2014. I taught in Gilbert, AZ for two years from 2000-2002 and then returned to teaching in 2009 after several years as a fitness studio owner. .
My Educational Philosophy
I am a proponent of Socratic thinking and teaching. I see myself more as a facilitator and guide than merely a disseminator of volumes of information..
