About
Bonewell...
Hello! My name is Beth Bonewell. This is my second year in Chandler, but have taught Social Studies for 15 years in the Mesa School District at Red Mountain High School. I am passionate about history and political science, as well as traveling and being a life long learner. I am thrilled to be a Basha Bear and I relish the opportunity to get students excited about what's going on in their world. I have been married to my husband for 15 years and have two beautiful children.
My Education and Professional Background
BA, Secondary Education, academic specialty in History, from ASU. MA, Adult Education, from University of Phoenix.
My Educational Philosophy
My educational philosophy as a Social Studies teacher is to prepare students to be knowledgeable, informed, and engaged citizens. My goal is to inspire others to want to know more about how the U.S. arrived in its current situation and how that history applies to our government.
