Family Resource Center

The Family Resource Center (FRC) at the Chandler CARE Center provides access to programs, classes, resources, referrals and so much more!

Our FRC programs are provided at no cost to families with children up to age 5, including expecting parents, thanks to our partners including First Things First. Most programs and services are offered in both English and Spanish, and include:

• Parenting Programs
• Early literacy program
• Emerging language resources
• STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math)
• School readiness programs
• Music
• Story Times
• Referrals for additional supports
• Car seat clinics
• Hearing and vision screenings
• Oral health screenings
• Social activities for caregivers and kids
