Dignity Health offers free immunizations for qualified children and adults.
In partnership with Arizona's Vaccine for Children Program and Maricopa County, Chandler Regional Medical Center provides no-cost immunizations to those who are eligible.
Eligible individuals include:
- Children under the age of 19 who have AHCCCS (Medicaid)
- Children under the age of 19 who are uninsured
- Children under the age of 19 whose insurance does not cover immunizations
- American Indian/Alaskan Native children
- Adults without insurnace or whose insurance does not cover immunizations

During flu season, free flu shots are available for ALL adults and children regardless of insurance coverage.
What to bring to immunization appointment:
- Child's immunization record
- Letter(s) from school about required immunizations, if applicable
