Chandler CARE Center Children's Medical and Dental Clinic

The Chandler CARE Center Children's Medical and Dental Clinic is a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to providing no-cost medical and dental care to uninsured Chandler youth.

The Children's Medical and Dental Clinic partners with Dignity Health, St. Vincent de Paul, and private practice providers to offer no-cost medical and dental care to children in our community who otherwise may not be able to access care. We are a Qualified Charitable Organization, and your financial contribution to support the work we do may qualify as a tax credit in the state of Arizona. 

To be eligible for help in our Clinic, you must:

• Live in the city of Chandler, and/or
• Attend a Chandler Unified School District School
• Be uninsured. Sorry, we cannot accept AHCCCS (Medicaid) patients
• Be birth to 18 years of age. We do serve young adults over the age of 18 if they are enrolled in a CUSD school

Medical services provided include:

• Well-checks
• Sports physicals
• Sick visits
• Treatment for minor injury
• Assessment and treatment for chronic conditions
• ADHD screenings

• Examinations
• X-Rays
• Cleanings
• Treatment for infection
• Oral health education
• Fillings
• Basic extractions
• Root canals and crowns
