Visitors to School
Parents of enrolled pupils and parents who wish to enroll their children in the Chandler Unified School District must fill out this form to visit, tour (outside of regularly scheduled tour times) or observe a classroom. This completed form must be submitted to the school principal/designee no less than two full business days before the desired visit.

Jacobson Elementary is an excelling school with an "A" label from the Department of Education. Our school is successful because of our rich traditions for high expectations, incredible family involvement, and a safe, nurturing environment. We know our students cannot take risks without feeling valued, inspired and confident in their learning community. We are proud of our reputation as one of the leading schools in CUSD and a top 100 school in the state!

Our veteran staff is committed to providing rigorous learning experiences with individualized, small group approaches to meet the needs of all our students.
