Chandler High - (2017-2018) Azfamily 3 TV recorded a Welcome Back segment, and the CHS Wolves were there to represent Chandler High. 3TV at Chandler High for Back to School Perry High - (2017-2018) Perry competed in the SkillsUSA National Championships at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, Kentucky on June 17-23. Dominique Galvez placed in the top 10 in the Advertising Design competition. Jaden Smith, Celine Atalig and Shannon Gilmer competed in the Promotional Bulletin Board Competition. The team earned the right to compete when they won first and second places at the Arizona SkillsUSA Championships this spring. They were accompanied by their SkillsUSA advisor, Caryn Butler. SkillsUSA Championships Hamilton High - (2016-2017) Congratulations to Hamilton's Theatre Department winners in the 12th Annual National Youth Arts Awards, selected from among more than 550 productions by over 200 different members from 16 states: Aaron Brown, Best Supporting Actor in a Musical; Grey Smith and Dashaun Dunn, Best Lead Actor in a Musical (tied); Christina Vail (teacher) Best Direction of a Musical; Sophia Donnell, Best Lead Actress in a Musical; Autumn Neil, representing Best Ensemble; and Conner Brigola, Artist of the Year. 2016 - 2017 Twelfth Annual National Youth Arts Awards Chandler High - (2016-2017) Chandler High Theatre Students earned six awards and eight additional nominations at the 12th Annual National Youth Arts Awards for the 2016-2017 season. Chandler High - (2016-2017) 125 students were named 2017 AP Scholars and averaged 3.51 on AP Exams taken in May. Chandler High - (2016-2017) Faith Moore, Ashlyn Hutchinson, Teah Scott, Milka Menja, Cassandra Amith, and Mia Nelson were recognized by the City of Chandler Community Center for their volunteer work with the Leaders in Training program. Chandler High - (2016-2017) Sophomore Chris Kelly was named the Outstanding Wrestler of the USA Wrestling West Regional Championships held in Pocatello, Idaho.
