Director of Community Education Steve Hewitt was named the Arizona Community Educator of the Year by the Arizona Community Education Association in April. Thank you for your leadership and constant support of education! Congratulations also to CTA Independence Kids Express, which was named the Program of the Year and Janella Flores Rodriguez, Kids Express worker at Hancock Elementary, who was named the Program Line Staff - Rookie of the Year.
