Congratulations to Tarwater 3rd graders Kate Menghini who won 2nd place and Gabrielle Berard who won 3rd place (Visual: K - 3rd Grade) in the City of Chandler's Creative Expression Competition. This year's theme was: Connected Through Diversity: Finding commonalities and connections in our diverse community.
