What a fantastic day for our fifth-grade students! Chef Tess led an incredible cooking session, immersing our students in the art of preparing a healthy dish and emphasizing the significance of nourishing their bodies with wholesome food. The engagement and enthusiasm were truly remarkable, making it a memorable and enjoyable learning experience. She taught 5th-graders how to make a caprese pasta salad with pesto at the Growing Chef event.
