Caring and connection in the time of Covid-19
The world and each of us in it remain much in need of community and connection at this time, so Center will be unfolding virtual means of continuing practice and support. We will be hosting virtual meditation practices every weekday from 12noon – 1pm (AZ time) and messaging for open and free use.
These sessions are streamed live on YOUTUBE and are open and available for anyone to participate. This week's topics (5/18-5/22) are:
