Hello Ryan Families.
It is the time of year when we send out a friendly reminder regarding the tax credit opportunity families can take advantage of to help their child's school. The tax credit funds are used at Ryan to provide students with opportunities and resources to support and enhance their learning. We appreciate your tax credit donation. Please see the link below to take advantage of this opportunity to support the following offerings for Ryan Elementary students.
- Charactor Education Programs
- Technology
- School Clubs
- Academic Tutoring
Arizona law ARS 43-1089.01 enables taxpayers to make a tax credit contribution of up to $400.00 per calendar year if filing status is Married, filing Joint Return; $200.00 per calendar year if filing status is Single or Head of Household; and $200.00 per calendar year if filing status is Married filing separate return --- for contributions that fund extracurricular activities in public schools.
Contributions made by December 31st can be claimed as a tax credit on your 2020 tax return. For contributions made after December 31st but on or before April 15th, you'll have the option to claim the tax credit on either your 2020 tax return or 2021 tax return. Please consult with your personal tax advisor to determine the application of this credit.
Contributions eligible for a tax credit are donated directly to schools, not to the state or the school district. To participate, go to https://www.cusd80.com/page/1131 and follow the link to donate online.
Thank You,
Ryan Elementary

Ryan Families,
In an effort to keep all of our students safe, please adhere the following at drop off and pick up:
- Pull all the way forward when dropping off and picking up your child. We realize they may have to walk a little further but it helps keep the line moving and cars from backing up into the street.
- Do not pass other vehicles when dropping off or picking up.
- Parents, please stay in your vehicle. We have teachers and will soon have Safety Squad members available to assist students getting into and out of vehicles.
We appreciate you following the drop off and pick up rules!
Thank You,
Ryan Elementary
