CUSD has 56 National Merit Semifinalists in the Class of 2023
The Chandler Unified School District has 56 National Merit Semifinalists representing all six high schools in the Class of 2023. They are among 16,000 semifinalists nationwide out of more than 1.6 million students. In May, 7,500 finalists will be chosen to win the scholarship.
Students enter the National Merit Scholarship Program by taking the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT®) at the specified time in the high school program, usually as juniors, according to nationalmerit.org.
We wish them luck in becoming National Merit Scholars.
