Aktivate

To check your athlete’s clearance status:

• Login to your Aktivate account
• At the top of the screen you should see all the sports that you have registered your athlete for
  • If there you see the word COMPLETE in green you are good to go
  • If you see anything else, click on the name of the sport to see what you are missing or what forms may have been rejected.
    • The system requires an email be sent to the address that was used to setup the account describing the reason the form was rejected.

Transfer Students

• If the only thing holding back the COMPLETE clearance is TRANSFER PENDING (when you click on the sport name, everything else is GREEN) then the athlete is cleared to tryout.
  • BE SURE that you have started your AIA 550 form
  • If the AIA 550 form has not been started by uniform checkout day, the athlete cannot check out a uniform

Every day of tryouts, Aktivate is checked and new forms are processed until 2:00pm

At 2:00pm the program is closed and a roster is completed for each coach to use at tryouts.  ONLY fully cleared athletes will be permitted to attend tryouts/practices.

Aktivate will be checked again, starting at 6:45am the next school day. No exceptions.
