    Welcome to Science at CEC! I am so excited to begin this journey with you all.

    My Education and Professional Background

    Upon graduating from Dobson High School in Mesa, I completed my undergraduate degree in education & biology from Northern Arizona University.  I went back to school to earn my Master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction in 2007, also from Northern Arizona University.  I have been teaching science for the past 21 years.

    My Educational Philosophy

    My goal for all students is to have success in the classroom. In order to accomplish this, I insist that my students play an active role in their science education. Students who are willing to open their minds to science will gain the most knowledge.
