Art to Remember order forms are on their way home! This is a great opportunity to purchase keepsake items with your child's artwork on them. Orders must be submitted online no later than November 1st in order to be received in time for the holidays. These keepsakes make great holiday gifts - so don't miss out!
LLS Pennies for Patients
Fulton Elementary School received the Lifesaver Award from the Leukemia and Lymphona Society for supporting 10 families through our fundraising efforts. Fulton also received a Top Fundraising School Award taking 4th place out of 568 other schools in the state! Way to go Fulton students and families! Our efforts make a difference!
Monster Mash is Friday, October 26th 5:30pm to 8:00pm

Monster Mash is a Halloween themed Sock Hop…with lots of fun for children in a safe environment. It’s a super time for kids to celebrate and parents to catch up with one another!
Entry fee is $4 per person (adult and children) or $15 per family. Kids under 3 get in free!

We are looking for high school and middle school volunteers to help run our Photo booth, Pumpkin Contest, and be spooky in the Fun House! Please email Margie at email@example.com, directly if your child is interested in earning some volunteer hours for high school or NJHS.
3TV Silver Apple Award
If you would like to nominate your teacher for the Silver Apple Award Contest, please follow the directions listed and complete this form. The official contest rules are posted in our workroom.
In 100 written words or less, the nominator must state "Why This Teacher Is Special." To be considered, an entry must be legible, signed by the entrant’s parent/guardian and school's administrator (not the nominated teacher). By signing the entry, the entrant’s parent/guardian certifies that he/she has read these Official Rules and consents to all terms on behalf of the entrant. A supporting letter (50 words or less) by a parent or administrator also can be
included, but is not required.
Entries may be submitted three ways:
(1) by mail to KTVK/Silver Apple Award, 5555 North 7th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85013
(2) by fax to 602-207-3545
(3) by hand delivery to KTVK/Silver Apple Award, 5555 North 7th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85013. All entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. on either Friday, October 12, 2018; Friday, January 11, 2019; or Thursday, February 28, 2019 to be eligible for the judging session following each respective deadline (three  judging sessions total).
