    Welcome!

    It is with great honor and excitement that I introduce myself, Bianca Todd, as the Principal at CTA Humphrey and Elite Performance Academy. I look forward to supporting and assisting all Humphrey families by ensuring every student receives the best education possible. Student success, in and out of the classroom, is my number one priority. Please know that my door is always open and I look forward to meeting you and your families throughout the course of this school year!

    My Education and Professional Background

    My passion for education and supporting the success of students has been shaped and developed over the past ten years in the Chandler Unified School District. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Special Education from Arizona State (GO DEVILS) and was fortunate enough to receive an soccer athletic scholarship and compete as Division 1 athlete. My Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University.

    My Educational Philosophy

    Recently, Humphrey Campus staff updated our school’s core values: Facilitate Growth, Provide Support, and Foster Innovation. I am fortunate to have been a part of this process and believe whole-heartedly in what our staff can provide to each other, our students, and our families. I look forward to continuing the strong relationships with community partnerships within both programs. I am committed to working closely with staff and PTO to continue our long-standing traditions while providing enjoyable school events that welcome all families back on campus as much as possible. Please know that I am only a phone call away and my door is always open. Every student has a special place on Humphrey’s Campus and our school will work tirelessly (they already do) to ensure success and growth for all.
