    Welcome to 4th grade! I am excited to be your teacher and am looking forward to a wonderful year of fun and learning together!

    My Education and Professional Background

    I attended Arizona State University and received a bachelors degree in Elementary Education. I started my teaching career in Queen Creek, teaching second and third grade before making the move to Chandler in 2020. I taught fifth grade for two years and have been teaching fourth grade since 2022! 

    My Educational Philosophy

    The mission of Carlson Elementary is to prepare a community of life-long learners to be productive and empowered citizens capable of successfully participating in society, by providing high quality instruction in an environment that is challenging, safe, and fun.
