    Welcome back Champions! My name is Vorthana Rang and I am honored to be your child's teacher this year. We are going to have a great year full of learning and exploration. Kindergarten is such a great year and I'm thrilled to be able to share this experience with your child. I'm looking forward to another great year at Carlson!

    My Education and Professional Background

    I received my Bachelor's in Education from Arizona State University in 2005.  I have been a teacher at Carlson since it's inception in 2012.  I have taught 2nd, 1st and Kindergarten in both the CTA and Classic Programs.  This year will be my 19th year teaching.  Go Champs!!

    My Educational Philosophy

    Teaching is a major passion of mine and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with your child. I am looking forward to another great year at Carlson Elementary. It is my mission to instill a life-long enthusiastic love for learning in your child. I know this is going to be an amazing year full of fun, learning and lots of adventures. As your child's teacher, it will be my goal this year to help your child feel loved, valued, empowered and capable of success.
