|"Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it."|

My Education and Professional Background
I received my teaching certificate in 1996 from Texas Women's University and I have a master's degree in curriculum and instruction which I received in 2001 from Northern Arizona University. I began teaching in 1996 in Dallas, Texas. I have taught 3rd, 4th, and 6th grades and I am excited to be teaching technology this year.
My Educational Philosophy
I look forward to helping your child reach his or her potential this year as we dive deep into the world of technology. I truly believe every child can reach the bar that is set for him or her...no matter how high. As an educator it is my hope to instill a love of learning in my students, which I try to do as I share my own love of learning with them. In today's competitive society it is important for students to not only receive a solid education, but to work with someone who is aware of and sensitive to their individual needs.
