About
Gerson...
Welcome to my website! I hope you find the information here useful. Please email me with concerns or questions.
My Education and Professional Background
I received my teaching certificate in 1996 from Texas Women's University and I have a master's degree in curriculum and instruction which I received in 2001 from Northern Arizona University. I began teaching in 1996 in Dallas, Texas. I have taught 3rd, 4th, and 6th grades and I am excited to be teaching technology this year.
My Educational Philosophy
I look forward to helping your child reach his or her potential this year as we dive deep into the world of technology. I truly believe every child can reach the bar that is set for him or her...no matter how high. As an educator it is my hope to instill a love of learning in my students, which I try to do as I share my own love of learning with them. In today's competitive society it is important for students to not only receive a solid education, but to work with someone who is aware of and sensitive to their individual needs.
