About
Gee...
I am Ms. Gee (pronounced like the letter G) and I am the traveling PE teacher at Hull this year! I am so excited to be at Hull and I look forward to getting to know the students, staff and parents in the Hero community!
My Education and Professional Background
I graduated from Arizona State University (Go Devils) in 2007 with a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education with a K-12 PE endorsement. I began teaching in CUSD in July of 2008. During that time I have been a traveling PE teacher, as well as the site-based PE teacher at Hancock Elementary.
My Educational Philosophy
I believe that physical education is essential to a child's overall education. One of my goals as a P.E. teacher is to promote physical activity in my students by exposing them to a variety of activities in the hopes that they will find something they enjoy, and will continue to be active for a lifetime. I also strive to create a positive classroom environment where students can feel successful, safe, and have fun.
