In our P.E. classes we work on many aspects of physical knowledge and activity. We learn about health and fitness concepts. In our classes we practice sport skills and locomotor movements in all age groups. Our goal is to educate the students so they can be knowledgeable, well-rounded people.

Jump Rope Challenge Card:
You don't have to print the card. You can read it from your computer or phone. If you don't have a jump rope, you can pretend you are turning the rope and still do the movements.
