|-- Robert John Meehan|
Keep up to date with your child's grades by signing up for and viewing grades/assignments on Infinite Campus:
Welcome to success! My name is Erika Christofolo and I will be your child’s Special Education Resource teacher. In our class it is our goal for everyone to be successful. Your child will receive specialized instruction to help meet his or her IEP goals. Through collaborating with their general education classroom teacher, small group instruction and pull out instruction in the resource room your child will be provided with the best services to meet his or her needs.
My Education and Professional Background
I am an east coast native. I graduated from Keene State College in New Hampshire with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education in 1997. I moved out to Arizona shortly after graduation where I taught in the J.O. Combs District in Queen Creek for 6 years. I taught Special Education Resource/Self-Contained for preschool-8th grade for 3 years and 3 years in the general education 4th grade classroom. I have been blessed to be a stay at home mother for 2 wonderful children (both Wranglers!) for the last 13 years while continuing to substitute in the Chandler District. I am excited to be back in the classroom and to work with Weinberg Wranglers on a regular basis this year!
My Educational Philosophy
I am a firm believer that all children can learn and be successful, it is a matter of looking at each student as an individual learner and tapping into what he or she needs to become successful. Through differentiated instruction and a variety of tools we will help each student feel successful and have a positive learning experience!
