    PTO Programs and Activities

    Want to get involved? Below are some great ways your can show your support and help support Weinberg's PTO.  

     

    PTO Room Parent:

    Responsibilities include assisting classroom teacher with donations Spring Fling Carnival, represents classroom or grade level at 3 PTO meetings annually. PTO Room Parent may also be utilized by classroom teacher as needed such as a copy parent or party planner.

     

    Box Top Clipping:

    Done from home, you will be contacted directly by our Box Top Coordinator. Clipping teams will be assigned each quarter. 

     

    Campbell Label Clipping:

    Done from home, you will be contacted directly by our Campbell’s Coordinator. Clipping teams will be assigned periodically.

     

    Dad’s Club:

    Wrangler Dads are needed to complete projects and activities under the direction of Principal Mathew.

    Family Bingo Night: Friday, August 10, 2018

    Volunteers are needed to assist with prizes and concession areas.

     

    Fun Run/Splash Dash Day: Friday, September 21, 2018

    Water station assistance during one or more of the races that will be run during the race day.

     

    Family Movie Night: Friday, November 16, 2018

    Volunteers are needed to set up, check in, run concessions/booths, and clean up.

     

    Jingle Jog: Thursday, December 20, 2018

    Volunteer to run the first aid station and pass out water.

     

    Pastries for Parents: Friday, January 18, 2019

    Volunteers are needed to set up, serve muffins/beverages to our families, and clean up.

     

    Daddy/Daughter Dance: Friday, February 22, 2019

    Volunteers are needed to assist with set up, check in, photo booths, concessions and clean up.

     

    Spring Fling Carnival: Friday, March 29, 2019

    Assists PTO in 30 minute increments to sell tickets, run games, or serve food. Candy and prize donations will also be collected for this event. *High school siblings will also be utilized for this evening and they will earn volunteer credit hours.

     

    Mother/Son Date Night: Friday, April 26, 2019

    Volunteers are needed to assist with set up, check in, photo booths, concessions and clean up.

     

    Teacher Appreciation Week: May 6-10, 2019

    Volunteers will assist during their assigned day with set up and clean-up of our week long celebration of our Wrangler teachers.


    ** If you do not want to participate with the fundraisers but would still like to help the PTO financially, donations can always be made directly to the Weinberg PTO throughout the school year.
