My Education and Professional Background

I have taught 5th grade - 8th grades along with Art, but my favorite is the Library! I have a Bachelor Degree in Art History, a Masters Degree in Education and a Masters Degree in Library Science. I have been teaching since 2001! The best part of my job is that I get to see and know every student in the school. It's awesome!

My Educational Philosophy

High stakes tests do not define the success of a child. Let them play and create and discover. Every child can learn, just not in the same way or on the same day.
