2023-24 Open Enrollment Capacity

Open Enrollment enables Arizona students to attend public schools outside their attendance area. In accordance with state law, the District has established an open enrollment policy and implemented an open enrollment program without charging tuition for non-resident students and resident transfer students. Open Enrollment applications may be submitted online (elementary) or via email or in-person at our junior high and high schools.

Per district policy JFB and ARS 15-816, acceptance of a student's Open Enrollment will be based on site capacity, the students' prior discipline, grades and/or attendance. Please note that the district does not transport open enrollment students.

Open Enrollment capacity data is updated every 12 weeks per legislative requirements.  Capacity may change prior to data being updated.

The date this round of data was pulled is October 16, 2023.
