It is with great honor and excitement that I introduce myself, Bianca Todd, as the Dean of Students at CTA Humphrey and Elite Performance Academy. I look forward to supporting and assisting Mrs. Jennifer Young by ensuring every student receives the best education possible. Student success, in and out of the classroom, is my number one priority. Please know that my door is always open and I look forward to meeting you and your families throughout the course of this school year!
My Education and Professional Background
My passion for education and supporting the success of students has been shaped and developed over the past nine years in the Chandler Unified School District. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Special Education from Arizona State (GO DEVILS) and was fortunate enough to receive an soccer athletic scholarship and compete as Division 1 athlete. My Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University.
My Educational Philosophy
My philosophical belief in education is that all students have the power and the ability to succeed in and out of the classroom. Relationships come first. I believe that all students must have a purpose, a reason, and a belonging to the classroom and the school that they are apart of. While focusing on the growth and development of students, I assist teachers in holding high expectations and maintaining a high level of rigor for all students.
