About
Milot...
Welcome to 2nd grade! I am thrilled to be teaching such wonderful students here at CTA Goodman and anticipate a great year with tons of learning and fun!
My Education and Professional Background
I graduated from Arizona State University in 2005 with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. I received my Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Northern Arizona University in 2008. I have been teaching for over ten years. Prior to CTA Goodman, I taught third grade at CTA Freedom as well as I taught in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
My Educational Philosophy
I believe that all children can learn when they are in a nurturing, safe, and fun environment. When children feel comfortable to take risks and grow, they will make great strides. Not all students learn in the same manner or pace, but through a variety of approaches, each and every student can be successful. My goal is to help each child reach their fullest potential academically, socially, and become a life-long learner.
