Welcome!
Hello! I am Ms. Kribs and I am so excited to be teaching here at CTA Goodman, especially with 2nd grade! I love interacting with my students and building relationships while we learn together. My Education and Professional Background
I graduated in 2018 with my Bachelor's degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Northern Arizona University. I then decided to go back to school and obtain my Master's degree in Elementary Education which I obtained from Grand Canyon University in 2021. I spent time student teaching and substitute teaching in the Queen Creek School District. I am ecstatic to be at home in the Chandler Unified School District, as I was brought up in this school district from 5th grade, all the way through high school.
My Educational Philosophy
I believe that every student has the ability to learn when we are able to meet students where they are at and provide them with the support and resources necessary for them to be successful. I also believe that learning for students is not an "at school" activity, but students require academic stimulation at home, at school, and in every aspect of their lives. Children are naturally curious and facilitating that curiosity into learning is our job as the adults in students' lives.
