    Welcome!

    Hello, my name is Mr. Fuqua but a lot of the students know me as “Coach F”. I spent this past school year as the site sub here at Hartford. I started out teaching P.E at the beginning but after a few months I started moving around and subbing all over the school. I have a bachelor's degree in elementary education with a focus on STEM. This will be my first year as a 4th grade teacher and I am excited to be here at Hartford. You may guess that I like sports from my previous title, but I also like to read, hike, and play games. Also, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. Some things that interest me are space, math, and science.

    My Education and Professional Background

    I started my degree program at MCC then graduated from ASU. I did my student teaching at Anderson Jr High. I was a long-term sub at Galveston Elementary School. Also, I was a site sub here at Hartford.
