• Curriculum
    The Physical Education daily curriculum is broken down into a four part lesson.  Each section is a very valuable part to the lesson.
    Introduction Activity-  Involves a quick warm-up game or activity to prepare the students and their bodies for exercise.
    Fitness Development Activity- Engages all the components of health-related fitness, including aerobic endurance, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition.
    Lesson Focus- This is the main component of each daily lesson.  During this time students are learning the necessary skills that are needed for the particular teaching unit.
    Game-  Ending the lesson with a fun game that applies the skill.
