    Welcome!

    Welcome to Preschool at Bologna Elementary! I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year. I feel like I am coming full circle and coming home because I attended Bologna Elementary school. This will be my third year teaching. When I'm not at school I love to be spending my time with family and working out. You can also find me coaching Special Olympics sports and searching for the next cool coffee shop. I truly believe I was made to be a teacher and I am so lucky to be able to get to pour into my students and help them grow.

    My Education and Professional Background

    I have my undergraduate degree from Grand Canyon University in Psychology and my Masters' degree is also from GCU in Mild to Moderate Disabilities Special Education. I also have an Endorsement in Early Childhood.  

    My Educational Philosophy

    I believe that every students in my class is capable of reaching amazing milestones and successes. I believe in teaching the students to be a whole by focusing on building the foundations of social-emotional development, cognitive, physical, adaptive, and communication development. I believe in meeting the individual needs of each of my students by recognizing their uniqueness and strengths to help them learn and grow.
