    Welcome!

    Hello! My name is Carly Mahlmeister. I am honored to be a part of the Bologna family and look forward to working with the school community. When I am not at school, I enjoy camping, hiking, and cheering on my two boys in their sports.

    My Education and Professional Background

    I have been teaching since 2003 and have taught 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grades. I attended Arizona State University (Go Devils!) where I graduated with a degree in Early Childhood Education.  I continued my education at Northern Arizona University, graduating with a Masters degree in Elementary Education with a Reading Endorsement. 

    My Educational Philosophy

    Learning is a lifelong process. All children are unique in their abilities and must have a safe environment where they can thrive physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. It is my hope to foster this type of environment where children can meet their full potential.
