    Welcome to Auxier Elementary. My name is Lindsay Leischner and I’m so blessed to be a teacher in the Chandler District. Teaching is my heart and soul; I can’t imagine doing anything else. It’s my heart's desire to educate and help students become successful. I believe in every child and know they can be what their heart desires.

    My Education and Professional Background

    I graduated from Arizona State University and am a HUGE Sun Devils Fan! It was my dream to go to ASU because my dad graduated from there and I knew I wanted to be just like him. My family has had football season tickets for decades and I love being part of it. Sports are a big part of me and I love being active!

    My Educational Philosophy

    My teaching philosophy is that I believe every child can be successful. School can be challenging for some students but that doesn’t mean that they can’t be successful in some way. My passion is to teach kids not only academics but also to be leaders of this world. Every child deserves an education and to have a teacher that will push them to their very best. It’s my job to be their leader and role model before they are able to do it themselves. I love my job and I can’t imagine being anywhere else.
