About
Racine...
Welcome to third grade! I am very excited to be your child's teacher. This is going to be an amazing year filled with fun and academic growth. I am looking forward to getting to know you and your child and working together to help your child succeed.
My Education and Professional Background
I have my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education from Ottawa University. I am also Spalding Trained and have an endorsement in Structured English Immersion.
My Educational Philosophy
I feel that it is very important to get to know all of my students on a personal level in order to gain their trust and respect. I feel that the classroom environment should feel safe and nurturing. I want all of my students to feel comfortable in their surroundings and a place of belonging. I hope to provide each of my students the opportunity to reach their greatest potential as learners. I want them to all know that the road to success isn't easy, but through hard work and self discipline, they can attain their highest goals.
