    Welcome!

    Hello! Welcome to sixth grade! I am beyond proud to be a part of this 6th grade team at Basha Elementary, and I am incredibly excited to be one of your teachers. Sixth grade will bring new learning, new challenges, new opportunities and many memories. I am eager to spend time with my new students as well as their families, and I am thrilled to be challenged and learn alongside you.

    My Education and Professional Background

    I graduated from Northern Arizona University in December of 2017 with my bachelors degree in Elementary Education, and I will graduate this fall with my masters degree from Grand Canyon University. During my college career I spent time with students of all grades K-6. Before joining Basha this year, I worked at Hartford Elementary as a site-wide substitute, then taught 2nd grade for 3 years, and continued with the TOP program.

    My Educational Philosophy

    Getting the opportunity to work with children each day is a privilege. I believe it takes passion, hard work, and an open mind to achieve success. I will share the love I have for learning with my students through various methods of instruction, in hopes of creating an impact on my students for their future endeavors.
