    Kindergarten is that time. The entire world is a possibility to my students. My job is to cultivate the love and awe of learning. It is an awesome job. I love it!


    My Education and Professional Background

    I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Child Development. I have teaching credentials with an early childhood endorsement and I have taught Kindergarten in Texas, California and Arizona. I took a few years off to stay home and I experienced the other side of the classroom. I was the Art masterpiece volunteer, Room Mom, PTO parent member and substitute teacher. I have been teaching Kinder since 2000 and I have been at Basha Elementary since 2011.

    My Educational Philosophy



    Kindergarten is a special place in this world and I love living in it each and every day. The amount of growth that happens in one year is phenomenal and no other grade can compete.
