    Welcome to 5th grade! I look forward to working with you and having fun with our fascinating fifth grade curriculum!

    My Education and Professional Background

    I began teaching in 1984 and I have been teaching at Basha since 2018. I earned my bachelor's and master's degrees from ASU, followed by 60 additional graduate credits. My Arizona Department of Education endorsements are in the categories of English as a Second Language, Reading, and provisional Gifted. My teaching experience is in grades 3, 4, 5, 6, and Gifted grades 3-6. Previous to teaching in Chandler, I taught in Mesa Public Schools.
