    Optional 5th Grade Supply List

    Daily Student Needs:

    • 2 Inch binder with dividers
    • Pencil pouch that fits in the binder (May have personal scissors, glue, pencils, etc., if they fit in pouch, but teacher will supply these things in class if needed, as well.)
    • Pencils, highlighters, red pens or pencils, crayons
    • Backpack
    • Lunch money or sack lunch
    • Covered water bottle (water only) with name on it
    • Healthy snack- no junk food
    • CUSD Planner- given by teacher on the first day and will go back and forth from home to school. Must be signed nightly.
    • Ear buds in a baggie with name on the baggie
    • 3 folders with pockets
    • 2 spiral notebooks for notes in math and science
    • 5 x  2-pocket folders (3 for ELA and 2 for Math/Science)

    • Kleenex
    • Dry Erase Markers
    • Glue Sticks
    • Individual Hand Sanitizer Bottles
