The Basha Elementary Student Council sponsored a food drive leading up to the Super Bowl featuring the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs. The Basha student body was encouraged to donate canned food to assist the Chandler Care Center, while choosing a team to support in the Super Bowl. The contest collected over 200 cans of food with Kansas City being selected as the winner!
