    Hello and welcome to 4th Grade! I am so excited to get to know you and your child this school year!

    My Education and Professional Background

    I am a native of Chicago and after receiving my Bachelor's from Columbia College Chicago in 2001, moved to Los Angeles where I worked in the Industry for over 15 years. In 2014, I received my MBA with a concentration in entrepreneurship from Mount St. Mary's University. As a mom of two beautiful children, I know the importance of wholesome education for kids. I have spent the last few years working in various capacities with children in CUSD. I am excited to be a part of the Sanborn Family.  

    My Educational Philosophy

    My teaching philosophy is ensuring every child has the tools to excel and reach their potential. Towards that, my goal for the year is to make every child reach academic excellence while feeling wanted and heard. In my class, I will strive for everyone to feel welcome and free to express themselves. This is going to be an amazing year!
