Hello! Welcome to my page. I am thrilled to be working at Sanborn Elementary and for the CUSD. This is a fantastic district and I'm thrilled to be working here. My office is always open and I'd love to meet you.
My Education and Professional Background
I am originally from MT and graduated from Montana State University with a BS in Elementary Education. I have a variety of teaching experience, varying from Kindergarten- 2nd grade. My most recent accomplishment has been getting my cerfication as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired. I am currently finishing up my Master's Degree in special education through Texas Tech University. I am a life long learner and I think this should apply to my students as well. I believe all children can learn, especially when given the right resources and supports.
My Educational Philosophy
Each child is unique and I want my students to be successful and to love learning. I pride myself in creating a fun, challenging and positive environment for my students to succeed.
