Our Website: https://www.cusd80.com/JacobsonVisitors to SchoolParents of enrolled pupils and parents who wish to enroll their children in the Chandler Unified School District must fill out this form to visit, tour (outside of regularly scheduled tour times) or observe a classroom. This completed form must be submitted to the school principal/designee no less than two full business days before the desired visit.About Jacobson Elementary School...Jacobson Elementary is an excelling school with an "A" label from the Department of Education.
