This information is for Open Enrollment for the 2021-2022 school year. If your student is currently attending Haley Elementary on an Open Enrollment and will return to Haley Elementary , NO need to re-apply for Open Enrollment for the 2021-2022 school year. You will complete the online Student Intent Return form that we will send via e-mail on Monday, January 11th.
An Open Enrollment Application is ONLY needed if you wish to request a different school. The online Open Enrollment Application will be available beginning Monday, January 11th at 7:30 a.m. Visit the District page, Elementary Open Enrollment for more information regarding Open Enrollment for the 2021-2022 school year.
Once an Open Enrollment Application is accepted, continuing Open Enrollment is subject to review each year without reapplication if continuing at enrolled site.
