My Educational Philosophy

My goal is to foster a life-long excitement and drive to learn in students. Aside from learning "reading, writing, and arithmetic", we also spend time developing our character. We learn to cooperate, share, support, and care for each other. I emphasize life skills such as: being respectful to themselves, others, and our community; being responsible for themselves and supporting others in making responsible choices; and most importantly being self-motivated to work hard and do their best. Education is a collaborative effort with families. I value the time and effort spent helping with homework and following up at home. Students are excited to share their new knowledge with you. Your child will notice the dedication you put forth in their education. It shows how much you care for them and how important school is to you. I appreciate your commitment immensely and I cannot express my gratitude enough for your time and support!
