    Quarter 1 Tryouts (Athletes MUST be cleared on Aktivate to tryout)

    Baseball 7/8- July 21-23 after school 4 - 6pm.  Athletes must have appropriate baseball attire (pants, chleats, hat) with a plain white t-shirt that a number can be written on.  Athletes should also come prepared with all of their equipment (helmet, bat, glove,etc)  Make sure to hydrate before and bring plenty of water.  Equipment bags can be stored in the training room before school.  Training room is located on the back side of the gym by tennis courts. Once the teams have been formed, 7th grade practices will be in the morning 6:45am to 8:15am.  8th grade will practice after school 4 to 6pm.

     

    Girls Volleyball - July 21-23, 7th grade will be after school 4 - 5:30pm.  Girls can use the locker room after school prior to tryouts to change.  Wear a white or gray t-shirt so a number can be written on it.  8th grade will be before school 7 - 8:30am. Enter the gym through the doors by the training room.  Wear a white or gray shirt so a number can be written on it.  Locker room will be available after practice to change.

     

    Wrestling - will start on July 21st after school 4 - 5:30pm.  Locker room will be available after school to change.

    Clearance paperwork must be uploaded into Aktivate and APPROVED by BJHS. (physical must be dated after 3/1/25)

     

    IMPORTANT: In order to ensure that your student is cleared to participate in CUSD athletics, please use the link to the left for Aktivate to complete the clearance process if you have not already for the 2025-2026 school year.  Students who have not completed 100% of the clearance process will not be allowed to participate in tryouts until it is completed.    Please make sure that you take the required CUSD physical paperwork to your student's physical since the doctor is required to complete one form and sign the other (FORMS 15.7A and 15.7B).  All forms are available below.

    Please read the Parent Information to register your students for athletic clearance for the 2025-2026 school year.  It is strongly recommended that all documents be submitted electronically PRIOR to the break that precedes your child's sports season. You will be able to register for EACH sport they are interested in playing as part of the registration process.
