Welcome students and families to Mr. Rooney's website! My Education and Professional Background I have a Post-Baccalaureate in Special Education, along with a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of Michigan and I am completing my Master's degree in Behavioral Health. I have 15 years of experience in behavioral health with a focus on behavioral interventions and child development with children and adolescents in the home, school, medical, and residential settings. My Educational Philosophy All problems have solutions, maybe not answers, where solutions allow us to work through unsolvable problems.
