    Thank you for visiting the Parent information page.  We are committed to open communication and collaboration between parents and school teams.  Below is a list of frequently asked questions.  Click on the question to view answers and more information.
     
    I am moving to BJHS and my child has an IEP, whom do I contact?
             Please contact Regina Wetzler, IEP Services Department Chair to set up a meeting and review your child's needs.  In order to make sure appropriate services are in place before you move, either bring in a copy of your child's most current psycho-educational/MET report and most current IEP from their previous school. We will request records from your previous school; however, this may take additional time, and we would like appropriate services to begin as soon as possible.
     
    How do I access my student's grades from home?
           Infinite Campus is our grading system. If you currently do not know your log in, please contact the BJHS front office for assistance.
     
    I want to add parent input into my students IEP, how do I do that?
              IEP Case managers are required to include parent input.  Case managers will include parent input that was discussed during the IEP meeting. 
     
    What can I do to help?
            We want all parents to be part of their's child's education.  Please keep in close communication with your child's teacher and case manager when there are questions or concerns.  Please check your child's grades on a weekly basis.  Check your student's agenda on a daily basis and ask to see their completed homework to ensure it's completion.
