Emergency/Health Information

ALL students will need to have a parent or guardian complete the Emergency Contact and Health Information online, even if no information is being changed. You will complete the process through your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account. To update the information, you will log into your Parent Portal account and click on the Emergency Contact and Health Information on the left column. If you have not created your Parent Portal account, instructions for creating a Parent Portal are on the Tarwater Website under Parent How-To’s. Thank you!
